The Kiwi Farms was able to stay on Epik because we received personal protection from its CEO, Brian Royce, a Libertarian in Las Vegas. There was a messy corporate issue and it appears the first thing they did after getting rid of Royce was take my domain. In January 2017, I briefly closed the Kiwi Farms after dealing with an unbelievable amount of harassment directed at my family, originating either directly from or at the behest of a British man named Samuel Collingwood Smith. Sam's pen name is Vordrak and he is a former MP in the United Kingdom. In 2010, Sam was heavily involved in an Evanescence fan forum (despite being 32 years old already). He wanted to be an admin, and had to fight teen girls for this honor. He would harass these little girls, and eventually accused the forum of trading child pornography when he was banned. This caused the band a lot of public embarrassment and got them to close the forum, which is what he wanted. Hope everyone back in the states has a happy Thanksgiving today. In an a time where the average person now has an attention span of less than 1 second when waiting for a website to load (according to Google), I am incredibly grateful that more than half of the Kiwi Farms's audience has followed the site through multiple domains, two separate weeks of continuous downtime, and being completely submerged to Tor for months at a time. Many of you waited a full year, when most websites can't ask for even a single second. I'm also very thankful for the people who have provide an immense amount of material support and professional assistance. We have good people in our corner who are attorneys, network architects, datacenter operators, and more. There were several times where we would have been down and out without these people stepping in and sticking their neck out for us. And finally, I'm thankful for seeing bad things happen to bad people. For instance, I have received word just today that Cloudflare has gone from removing approximately zero websites a year over copyright complaints, to having removed almost 1000 just in 2022 after the Kiwi Farms was deplatformed by them. Matthew Prince, having showed his ass, is now forced to eat the shit of every property rights organization in existence. The thousands of websites being forced off Cloudflare will undoubtedly still exist and begin to support small alternatives to his company, finally chipping away at its global dominance in security. I was looking at the Google Webmaster tools to see if there was any manual action visible to me to explain why Google does not index any page of the Kiwi Farms and found this instead. LMAO. This page lists requests to de-index pages made by users of Google search for being "outdated information". Liz Fong-Jones went page by page throughout his entire thread and manually made requests to Google to remove them from search results (despite barely showing up ever).

Also, this theoretically should work through Cloudflare. Cloudflare does manually approve complaints, but if the complaint is approved, it gets forwarded to the host. They also (specifically because of the Kiwi Farms) tell the complainee, after the complaint is approved), who the host is. You can then use something like BGP.tools to figure out what their upstreams are and complain to them still if they're going through Hurricane Electric or Cogent. They've made themselves Internet Police. They've voluntarily put themselves in a position where they will action any complaint on any network without substantive evidence. If you file a complaint with Cogent or Hurricane Electric and allege that it's illegal they will literally take it at face value and assume you are correct and put the onus on the ISP they do business with to 'fix' the problem. I just want to make this as known to everyone, especially malicious actors. Theoretically, if there's content on the Internet you don't like, try to figure out if they go through Cogent or Hurricane Electric. Accuse the content you don't like of being some kind of crime. You don't need any evidence of this. You do not need a personal relationship with the content to make the allegation. They do not ask for proof. Their abuse contact emails are and . Supply an IP address that goes through their network, a link to content, and claim it's illegal. I'm not even sure if they check to see if the URL can be accessed by that IP address. They just make it somebody else's problem. You can do this from a gmail account called assraider69@gmail.com and it works.

My counsel in the Greer case is now Matthew Hardin, who I have worked with previously. He has filed on my behalf petition for en banc review. We believe the three-judge panel has made serious errors and request a review from the entire 10th District Court. In short, the mistakes made are: 1) Misapplication of direct copyright infringement tests in a contributory copyright infringement case. 2) Direct contradiction of U.S. Supreme Court case law concerning text links as copyright infringement, which in turn creates sweeping contributory copyright infringement liability for every public platform hosted in the United States, by establishing a new precedent where any link posted on a platform is immediately the responsibility of the platform and its owner as a person. 3) Procedural error denying us the ability to raise fair use as an absolute defense, during a stage in the proceedings where evidence is not submitted, which would be required to raise fair use as a defense. Polish companies have been the predominant source of our recent uptime. However, Cogent's CEO seems directly invested in shutting us down. I have had multiple run ins with Cogent and this is their most aggressive. Usually the Tier 1 ISPs have censored the Kiwi Farms by simply refusing to broadcast my IP addresses. However, since Liz Fong-Jones has been successful in censoring the Internet this way, I no longer even try using my IPs. This time, Cogent has directly instructed a customer of theirs to stop providing us - by name, through the customer's own IP addresses - networking infrastructure. No company has done this until now. This is the most invasive, direct actioning from any ISP thus far. If you are in the industry you need to make it absolutely clear to Cogent that you intend to move your business elsewhere.

The courts of Australia have determined that a person I know is personally liable for over $400,000 in defamatory damages to Liz Fong-Jones. Vincent is Australian. He owns a company called Flow Chemical Pty Ltd in Australia. The Australian RIR, APNIC, leases him a few IP addresses. Those IPs have been used by my American company 1776 Solutions, LLC to host various web services. Among those services has, at various times, been the Kiwi Farms, a website of Lolcow, LLC in the US. Kiwi Farms hosts comments from users all over the world. Victoria courts have determined that both his company and _him as a person_ are liable for close to half a million dollars in damages for statements made by anonymous users on a web forum owned by a company hosted by a company leasing IP space from his company, regardless of their truth or accuracy. This judgement was made in default in his absence because apparently he felt the entire thing was stupid and would be thrown out without him doing anything. This loss amounts to nothing for me. I have not been able to reliably use these IP addresses in over a year because Liz Fong-Jones has been harassing any ISP they route through. I also have no stake in Flow Chemical Pty Ltd, so I am not at risk. I can just get new ones at any time in the US. However, this is obviously unbelievably fucking retarded and evil. I'm not going to let a gross tranny fuck over good people. I am looking for references to attorneys in Australia who would be willing to help overturn this absolute travesty. The precedent being set in Australian court should terrify anyone living there. You are now personally liable for eating shit for anything anyone says, even if it is the truth, if you are within 3 degrees of separation of them.

Russell Greer has been suing me personally and "Kiwi Farms, a website" since 2019. He lost his lawsuit in 2021, and appealed it pro se. Today, his loss was overturned. After he appealed, a copyright troll organization named the "The Digital Justice Foundation" which takes on every anti-free speech copyright case they can find started representing Greer pro bono. I believe this organization is bankrolled by huge IP holders to accomplish case law in the favor of multinational media companies. Their defense resulted in an overturning of the summary judgement in a bizarre court opinion referencing recent news about us. Attached is an academic journal studying the impact of deplatforming on the Kiwi Farms. This article was accepted into the IEEE's 45th Symposium on Security and Privacy and the Canadian Government's ACL Workshop on Online Abuse and Harms. Hurricane Electric has responded. In summary, their points are two-fold: 1. The Kiwi Farms is criminal harassment and thus they may legally block it. 2. They didn't actually block it, they just refuse to provide it transit. My response is three-fold. 1. An Internet forum cannot be guilty of criminal harassment. These ISP clauses about harassment concern end-users using outbound Internet connection to harm a single person, perhaps across multiple sites. The Kiwi Farms does not make unsolicited outbound connections and thereby cannot offend anyone who does not deliberately seek out and connect to the Kiwi Farms to read the material of their own volition. 2. The verb used by the Hurricane Electric routers to block the Kiwi Farms subnet is literally "deny". They have blocked my network and a lawful Internet service. To claim otherwise is intellectually dishonest and they know it. 3. The Washington State law does not even need HE to block the Kiwi Farms. Section 1 (2)(b) says: "[ISPs] may not: Impair or degrade lawful internet traffic on the basis of internet content, application, or service, or use of a nonharmful device, subject to reasonable network management" So they don't even need to "block" the Kiwi Farms. Connectivity to my network has been "impaired or degraded" by 100%. They are in the wrong regardless. — There is no legitimate reason for the largest ISP in the world to act as a government censorship body. Just restore the network and the madness will be over. You know it is objectively the only correct, legal, and moral action to take.

The Attorney General's Office of Washington has accepted the complaints of my ISPs. I intend to file my own complaint via representation in the state this week. Hurricane Electric has upgraded its ban on my IP range. I am assigned a /32 from ARIN, which means my network may be further subdivided into 65,536 smaller networks that are called /48s. These /48s may themselves be divided into 65,536 smaller assignments. These /64s have 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 usable addresses each. This is such a massive amount of IP addresses that 1776 Hosting could assign every gram of the entire planet Earth 74 IP addresses each. Hurricane Electric has banned every single one of them. This is probably the first time in history an entire ISP's /32 assignment has been blocked by a T1 Internet provider. Hurricane Electric has done this specifically to stop Internet traffic, including/especially our wonderful users from the proud state of Washington, from accessing a single website: the Kiwi Farms.

This is the post I linked. The site is currently unavailable over clearnet due to a DDoS attack which was launched within a minute of the last announcement.. The attack is severe enough that it's overwhelming KiwiFlare due to a limitation in haproxy's extensibility. The site is still available over Tor. I am going to try and rush the replacement anti-DDoS system out asap.

This announcement does a good examination of how these campaigns work. When Matthew Prince lied and claimed we were 'escalating threats', he penned something close to actionable defamation. However, because it is Matthew Prince, CEO of Fortune 500 company Cloudflare, it is credible in the eyes of almost everyone. This then gets reported on by the news, which ends up in Wikipedia. Greek man receives emails about cybermurder website, goes to see both Wikipedia (modern day Library of Alexandria and source of all truth) and Cloudflare (very prestigious tech organization everyone can recognize) back this up, and then decides it's open and shut. There's no way to get dinosaur media to issue corrections, Matthew Prince will never admit he lied because the lie was done to preserve stock value and not admit he's caving into public pressure, and Wikipedia is basically operated by the mentally ill to the point where trying to get it to change anything on our article is guaranteed to get you banned. It's sort of like 9-11. You don't really need to hit the entire building to get the ball rolling. Just take out something high enough it causes a chain reaction leading to collapse. What I'm saying is, trannies are the 9-11 of the Internet.
