1API GMBH (a German tech company) seized kiwifarms.us from their own customer, Nicenic. This was months ago. I did not know Nicenic did business through 1API or I would not have permitted them to hold the domain.

1API has previously shown resentment towards other countries and their laws, such as when it stole kiwifarms.pl and refused to release it until lawyers from Epik compelled them to.

Volker Greimann, one of their agents, appears to have no respect for the sovereignty of Poland or the United States and believes that he can unilaterally hold a domain indefinitely.

.US as a TLD belongs to the United States Department of Treasury and is managed by GoDaddy with an on-going relationship with the TREAS NTIA.

There is a service outage affecting DNS resolution as a result of serverHold. The serverHold was placed because of a payment issue I have resolved. This is my fault. Sorry!

kiwifarms.us, kiwifarms.pl, and kiwifarms.tw have been released by 1API and are now redirects to the Kiwi Farms.

DDoS attack.

There is still an ongoing attack employing at least 3000 4000 IP addresses, but a critical issue that was preventing KiwiFlare from working correctly was identified and fixed, so it should slowly start recovering.

An automatic update caused the database to become unavailable. I'm working on it.

There's some novel DoS attack happening. I'm looking into it.
